We're currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of People & Organization People Partner, also known as HR Business Partner. This integral position involves close collaboration with People Managers across our thriving commercial sector, which covers various departments, including Commercial, Business Excellence & Execution, Digital & Innovation and more.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with and advising people managers and colleagues on HR processes
- Overseeing the employee lifecycle process, including recruitment, induction, talent management, promotions, and separations
- Driving people and organizational initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
- Fostering business responsibility for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Cultivating a healthy culture and supporting the implementation of corporate initiatives
- Enhancing engagement and leveraging data and analytics to identify risks and trends, subsequently applying these insights to decision-making processes
- Ensuring compliance with local Equality and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a large international organization
- Business Acumen
- Thorough knowledge of labor law
- Strong analytical skills accompanied by an interest in interpreting data and presenting conclusions and recommendations
- A strong focus on results and customer service
- A mindset geared towards seeking solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Polish and English
