About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Execute global and hub strategies at the country level with precision and alignment
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to shape global and regional plans
- Identify and mitigate country-specific risks in systems and processes
- Lead local implementation and optimization of global systems and tools
- Analyse and communicate country metrics to leadership and stakeholders
- Champion data quality initiatives across clinical systems and platforms
- Drive innovation and change management to enhance study execution
- Develop and deliver country-specific communication and transformation plans
- Support cross-functional resource planning and operational excellence
- Monitor external trends and regulations to inform strategic decisions
Essential for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced degree in scientific or business field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, in clinical research
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage change in complex environments
- Strong understanding of global and local drug development regulations and standards
- Experience with performance management and productivity improvement projects
- Skilled in analysing data and generating actionable business insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local language is an advantage
Desirable for the role:
- Experience applying quantitative methods to improve productivity or redesign operational processes
- Familiarity with IT systems used in clinical research and a mindset for continuous optimisation
