As the Global Health & ESG Sr Manager, you’ll lead the design and execution of innovative, sustainable access strategies that align with Novartis Mexico’s commercial and ESG priorities. About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of integrated access strategies for underserved populations across Mexico.
- Build business cases aligning health equity initiatives with commercial and ESG priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, ROI, and sustainability of access programs.
- Design and manage programs combining products with value-added components.
- Define and track KPIs including patient outcomes, reach, and social return on investment.
- Establish strategic alliances with health authorities, NGOs, and academic institutions.
- Represent Novartis Mexico in key partnerships and health equity events.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare access, health systems, or business administration roles.
- Proven success in building and executing business cases for impact-driven programs.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or development sectors, ideally in emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of Mexico’s healthcare system and access challenges.
- Fieldwork experience in underserved communities across Mexico is a strong advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience engaging with ESG frameworks and sustainability initiatives in healthcare.
- Advanced degree in public health, health economics, or related field.
