About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the program/product vision, roadmap, and goals across the full lifecycle
- Prioritize features to deliver maximum business value through iterative development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, resources, and execution
- Facilitate daily scrums, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives
- Ensure backlog clarity and availability for development teams
- Lead customer feedback sessions and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Coach team members to enhance delivery quality and recognize growth opportunities
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience leading major change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration
- Expertise in IT program and portfolio management practices
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working in global pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks
