Key Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic BPA goals into actionable plans for a specific business area
  • Deliver accurate commercial analysis to support monthly reviews and ad-hoc requests
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies
  • Provide financial insights and decision support for investments and projects
  • Monitor business performance and enable early resource redirection with business partners
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with precise operational data
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and implement Lean practices to meet evolving needs

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial management and business partnering
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and identify opportunities
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely commercial insights
  • Experience in operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Desirable experience in the Pharmaceutical sector
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
